We’re seeking an experienced M&A Manager<\/b> to lead high -value transactions and drive financial close across major renewable projects. You’ll manage deal structuring, negotiations, and execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver bankable outcomes.

Basic Functions

Lead and close complex M&A and project finance transactions<\/b>.

Oversee financial models<\/b>, due diligence, and credit processes.

Negotiate deal terms and commercial agreements<\/b>.

Support acquisitions, divestments, and PPA negotiations.

Requirements<\/b>
<\/h3>
Degree in Law, Finance, or Business<\/b> (MBA preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
6+ years’ experience in project finance, banking, or M&A<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong understanding of renewable investment structures<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation skills.
